BMW vision

BMW has live debuted the Vision Next 100 on the occasion of the company’s 100th birthday in Geneva.
The concept is said to point to the future of the company, and it certainly looks sleek and futuristic…but is it electric, fuel cell, or old fashion petrol?

From the looks of things (and common sense) we assume the future BMW is powered by electricity, and it is certainly alluded to in the car’s bio, but BMW has certainly gone out of their way to not say specifically – perhaps they aren’t moving as far from traditions of the past as they are representing in this case.
Electric or not,  the car certainly has enough swell new features that we couldn’t help but pass it along regardless…and besides that, we certainly don’t see a place to fill ‘er up with gas.
As for what the Vision Next 100 offers:*- selectable drive modes – human (boost) and autonomous (ease), with the autonomous mode being the most interesting with a retractable steering “wheel”
*- 4 seats, apparently the world doesn’t live or die on the 5th seat in the future.

*-  flexible skin sections that shift as the car moves
*-  wheel arches are covered in a copper-like fabric that shift in and out as to improve efficiency
*- full-windshield heads-up display
*- 193 inches long, 54 inches high (5 series sizing basically)



*- “Alive Geometry” – hundreds of molded triangles inside that pop up and turn red to warn the driver of danger
BMW has put together a full microsite on the car if interested, as well as produced a few videos (below) on the concept.

Honda BR-V Full Review

The Honda BRV (Bold Runabout Vehicle) has received over 4,000 bookings since its launch on 5th May, 201 6. Transmission options on offer are a new 6-speed manual and a CVT automatic with first-in-segment paddle shifters. While the diesel mill is claimed to return a class-leading mileage of 21.9kmpl (ARAI –certified), the petrol mill deilvers 15.4kmpl (MT) and 16kmpl (AT). The original Jeep Cherokee in  1984 established the standard for sport-utility vehicles (SUV) that could be used as family transport.Today's market favors more car like utility vehicles.Introduced as a 2014 model, today's Cherokee is a midsize crossover SUV.
